Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations due to shipping restrictions. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Room & Joy furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note:

  • Futon mattresses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or special order items (clearly marked during checkout) are final sale
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts cannot be accepted

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (varies by location)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method and keep your shipping receipt.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture (like beds, dressers, or dining sets) arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
