Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Some exceptions apply (see below).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Futon Mattresses (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or special order items (clearly marked during checkout)
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (varies by location)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging. Include all parts, accessories, and documentation. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the process is complete.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. Standard shipping fees apply unless the exchange is due to our error. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture (like beds, dressers, or dining sets) arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S., return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Please note we cannot accept returns from some Asian and remote locations due to shipping restrictions.
